Remote Marketing Assistant

We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our remote team! We’re a 4 person remote agency based in the US, working primarily with American clients. Our people are spread across Spain, the US, and South America.


Our clients have us on retainer for their online marketing needs, including market research and strategy, branding, website design, paid advertising campaigns, SEO, content creation, email marketing, automation, and others. 


We’re looking for a key member to help make it all happen!  The successful candidate will be responsible for various marketing tasks, including:



  • Manage contact databases for clients

  • Update client websites

  • Post blogs to client websites

  • Assist with some social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and reporting

  • Assist with creating email marketing campaigns, including building the emails, list management, some content creation and design, and reporting

  • Assist with website updates and maintenance using platforms like Squarespace or WordPress

  • Help create and edit marketing collateral, such as graphics, videos, and other visual content

  • Conduct market research and assist with competitive analysis

  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed

  • Support the CEO and other team members 


Tools (preferably have used in the past)

  • Trello

  • Canva

  • Mailchimp

  • Google Analytics

  • Hubspot email campaign creator

  • Meta creator studio

  • Google My Business

  • Google Sheets



  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems like WordPress or Squarespace

  • Canva design experience 

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a reliable internet connection

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices is a plus


This is a part-time contracting position with flexible hours. We are looking for someone who has experience working remotely. The ideal candidate takes direction, can be resourceful enough to figure things out on their own, works well independently, and also likes collaborating with team members. We're looking for someone to join our team long-term and grow with us.

Online Ads Campaign Manager

This is a remote job. You can apply from anywhere! NATIVE ENGLISH IS A MUST.


Looking for a marketer skilled in paid search and paid social campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to come up with new creative concepts for paid online campaigns, set up and manage those campaigns, report on the performance, and come up with ways to improve reach, awareness, and conversions, depending on the client's objective.


You should have demonstratable experience in designing, buying, and managing online paid campaigns and identifying key demographic and geographic features of target audiences.




  • Brainstorming creative concepts based on the client's target audience and objectives

  • Designing campaigns - campaign creative, headlines, copy - FB, Insta, YouTube 

  • Advising stakeholders on costs, expectations, outcomes, and processes

  • Creating and managing search engine marketing campaigns in Meta Business Manager, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads

  • Monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance

  • Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and checking on campaigns to optimize them and ensure budget is on track

  • Tracking client spending budgets monthly

  • Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising to clients

  • Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning




  • Demonstratable experience with Meta Business Manager

  • At least 3 years of experience in the paid advertising space

  • Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist is beneficial

  • A thorough working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads and

  • A detailed understanding of practically applying PPC marketing principles

  • Data and web metrics analytical skills

  • Collaborative mindset and a team player

  • Passionate about marketing and coming up with impactful campaigns

  • Biteable, Canva and Trello experience a plus
