We’re looking for a specialist in Instagram marketing to help increase the overall brand awareness for one of our clients in Cleveland, Ohio, growing our channels, and carving out new audiences. The goal is to inform, inspire and educate millennials about our art, furniture and jewelry auctions. This person would also post content created for Instagram to Facebook and Google My Business. 



  • Create original video content for Instagram by physically going to client location in Cleveland, Ohio - this is a must.

  • Coordinate directly with the client to determine availability

  • Create social media strategy alongside the current marketing agency

  • Do customer research to understand needs, behaviors and how to appeal to them

  • Create a quarterly content calendar with themes and topics based on client goals

  • Photograph items, create engaging Reels, IGTV videos, stories, lives, and videos for the feed

  • Interview client team members on camera for original, authentic content 

  • Grow Instagram followers organically by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and discovering new relevant accounts

HIRING: Part-Time Digital Marketer, Madrid, Spain

We're looking for a part-time digital marketer to join our remote team. If you are looking for opportunities to create your own schedule and eventually work from wherever, keep reading. 

You will learn all the facets of running an agency - from creating the strategies to executing the campaigns, to reporting back on results, and coming up with ways to grow our clients businesses.

  • Create strategies by understanding client businesses, their customers, the sales and marketing process, and their overall industry

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email, social media campaigns and creative (graphics + copy)

Join our remote team! We're a small digital marketing agency focused on medium-sized businesses, most of whom are in the US. The industries we work in are varied - from art, to gastronomy, to education, travel, and more.


What we do:


- Overall business & digital marketing strategy

- Branding, design & messaging creation (value propositions, USP's etc)

You will be responsible for our agency's social media accounts. There are currently 5, however that may increase. As we are a small agency, you may be asked to take on other responsibilities, depending on your interests.


You will be:

  • - Working with the strategy team to plan, set goals and strategies for all clients' social media accounts.

  • - Creating brand awareness, managing the reputation of the clients, engage with customers via social media, and grow the following across all channels.

  • - Writing copy, creating designs (we use Canva) to match the tone and existing brand strategy for each client.

  • - Creating posts and stories the month prior then scheduling them using a scheduling tool (we use Later)

  • - Coming up with new ideas for messaging and different ways to grow the client's business


  • - Amazing English

  • - Experience with copywriting

  • - Experience managing and growing social media accounts (we primarily focus on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, however there could be some work on Twitter)

  • - A solid eye for design and experience with Canva

How we work:

  • - We are 100% remote. Our founder lives in Madrid, along with our SEO and content writer, our developer is in Pakistan, and our current social media strategist is in Panama.

  • - Our team uses Trello, a task management platform.

  • - First you would work with our strategic planner on the overall strategy, and once the strategy is defined, you would be expected to create and execute the campaigns.

  • - We work one month in advance (in January, you'll be creating posts/stories/campaigns for February)

  • - The account manager reviews your work first, then goes to the client for revisions.

  • - Once it's approved by the client, you would set up the campaigns, schedule them, monitor, optimize.


**Please do not apply if your US English isn't perfect and if you do not have experience managing and growing social media accounts.


Huge plus if you have experience with creating/optimizing Google Ads campaigns or designing emails/writing content in Mailchimp, so you can lend a helping hand in that area.

  • Google Ads - setting up ad campaigns, optimizations, and reporting

  • Creating Mailchimp campaigns - writing, design, testing, scheduling, and reporting

  • Using Hubspot CRM to create automated marketing campaigns (you don't need experience, we can teach you.)
